SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Free Worldwide Shipping We are proud to offer 100% Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free delivery.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed, securely packaged, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin To bring you the freshest Far East and Korean beauty formulations at the best possible prices, we operate through a decentralized global supply chain. Your orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers located near our production partners. By eliminating unnecessary local warehousing costs, we pass those savings directly to you, enabling us to provide premium products alongside free worldwide delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Times Once your order is handed over to our international courier partners, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 8 - 15 business days.

  • Europe (including Spain & Germany): 6 - 13 business days.

  • Rest of the World (including Gulf Countries): 10 - 20 business days.

Please note that customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, or local logistical overloads in the destination country may occasionally cause slight delays.

5. Tracking Your Order As soon as your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be automatically sent to you. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • VAT: For our European customers, applicable VAT thresholds are handled appropriately by our company structure wherever possible.

  • Customs Duties: While shipments under specific values (such as the €150 threshold in the European Union) are generally exempt from customs duties for personal use, any additional local import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. VitalGlam cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incorrect address information, missing apartment numbers, or the recipient not being available at the time of delivery. If a package is returned to the local postal branch due to non-delivery, the customer must contact the local courier to arrange a pick-up within the courier's standard retention period.
