🌍 Customs Duties & Taxes Notification

At MyVitalGlam, we aim to provide clear information regarding international orders. Taxes, duties, customs charges, and import requirements vary by destination, order value, product category, and applicable local law. Where a tax or charge is collected by us at checkout, it will be shown as part of the order total.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, local taxes, or similar charges imposed by authorities or carriers in the destination country.

International Orders

Customs and tax rules differ by country and may change without notice. Any duty-free threshold, tax exemption, or simplified import treatment is determined by the destination country's authorities and is not guaranteed by MyVitalGlam.

Where MyVitalGlam or its service providers collect applicable taxes or import charges at checkout, the amount will be displayed during checkout. Otherwise, charges assessed upon import remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may lawfully be imported into and used in their destination country and for providing any information reasonably required for customs clearance.

Customs Clearance

Customs authorities retain full discretion over inspections, classification, duties, taxes, documentation requirements, and clearance timelines. MyVitalGlam cannot guarantee customs clearance or a specific customs processing time.

Product and Destination Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted or subject to additional requirements in particular countries. If an order cannot be shipped because of a known destination restriction identified before dispatch, we will contact the customer regarding available options.

Taxes and Duties at Checkout

Any taxes, duties, or import charges expressly collected by MyVitalGlam at checkout will be identified in the order summary. Charges not shown as collected at checkout may be assessed separately by local authorities, customs brokers, postal operators, or couriers.

Returns Related to Customs

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient does not complete required customs procedures or pay charges for which the recipient is responsible, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law, taking into account recoverable shipping or return costs where legally permitted.

Important Note

Because customs and tax rules change frequently, country-specific thresholds or rates displayed elsewhere on the internet should not be treated as a guarantee for a particular order.

International Compliance

MyVitalGlam will comply with applicable requirements relating to the transactions it processes. Customers remain responsible for destination-specific import requirements that apply to them or their orders, except where applicable law places that responsibility on the seller.
